(f) Is there shortage of high energy people around me to spend my time with?
(g) Is there a project i need to bring it to completion?
(h) Is there anyone i need to forgive and forget?
(i) Are there any financial concerns I need to pay more attention to?
(j) Am I working in an organized manner or i need to organize it?
(k) Are my priorities alright or i need to change it?
Make a list of the areas where your energy is being drained. Make it as comprehensive as you can spending some time on it. Reorganize it and replenish your energy reserves; some suggestions are:
(a) Decide to take personal action as per the priority and then cross it off the list so that it no more bothers your mind and then cross it off the list.
(b) Delegate few works to someone else who can take care of it without your direct input.
(c) Task a family member to take care of some work or bring hired help.
(d) Decide to take help of someone else on a work requiring others expertise.
(e) Put a time limit on your plan so that every thing is dealt with quickly.
